I am a level 3 ECE with 8 years of experience in the childcare field. I also have a certificate in Autism & Behavioural Science, and a Bachelors in Developmental Psychology with Honours.
I am passionate about early childhood education and nurturing our future leaders of the world. I believe social and emotional learning is one of the most important factors of early child development.
Outside of work, I am usually spending time with my dog or playing some cozy fun video games.

Ashley Bartz
Hello, my name is Ashley Bartz, and you will usually find me at the Lamont OSC. I have been with the centre since 2024.
I am a level 3 ECE, and I started my journey in childcare 10 years ago. I worked first as a nanny and eventually started at a daycare; in my years of experience, I have worked with every age group.
I also have a 2-year-old son, and he keeps me and my husband very busy as does our dog.
I started in childcare because I love kids, and I continued with it as I still love kids, and I really enjoy their honesty and seeing them growing and flourishing.
